1. Delivery area
Orders placed on guini.be are currently delivered within Belgium only.
2. Shipping fees
- Free delivery from €120
- €9.00 for orders below this amount
The applicable shipping cost is clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.
3. Processing and delivery times
Orders are usually prepared within 0 to 1 working day.
The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 working days from shipment.
These timeframes are indicative only and may vary depending on workload, public holidays or carrier constraints.
4. Packaging and safety
Bottles are shipped in boxes specially designed to ensure safe transport.
Each parcel can contain between 1 and 12 bottles.
For larger quantities, several separate orders may be required.
5. Order tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives an email with a tracking link.
This link may also be available in the customer account area on the website.
6. Receiving the order
The customer is invited to check the condition of the parcel upon delivery.
In the event of visible damage, the customer is encouraged to take photos and contact us without delay.
7. Damaged parcel
If the parcel arrives damaged, the customer may refuse delivery or accept the parcel while immediately reporting the visible damage.
In such a case, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and include:
- a photo of the parcel with the shipping label visible
- a photo of the opened parcel
- a photo of the damaged product or products
8. Incorrect address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details provided when placing the order.
In the event of an incorrect address, the seller cannot be held liable for any delay or failed delivery.
Additional charges may apply if a new shipment is required.
9. Recipient absence
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the information provided by the carrier and make the necessary arrangements in case of absence.
