1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the rules applicable to distance selling, consumers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.
2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise this right, simply send us an unambiguous written statement by email to info@guini.be, stating your order number and your wish to return all or part of the order.
3. Return conditions
Returned products must be:
- unopened
- in perfect condition
- in their original packaging
- properly protected for return transport
4. Return costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged on delivery or non-conforming, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
5. Refund
After receipt and verification of the returned goods, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Damaged or non-conforming products
If a product is damaged on delivery, broken or non-conforming, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@guini.be.
Please include:
- a photo of the parcel with the shipping label visible
- a photo of the opened parcel
- a photo of the relevant product or products
- your order number
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit or a refund.
7. Excluded products
No return can be accepted for products that have been opened, consumed, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold.
