These terms and conditions govern all sales concluded through guini.be. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions in full.
2. Products and availability
The products offered are available for delivery in Belgium only, subject to stock availability.
The seller reserves the right to modify the product range at any time.
Photographs, illustrations and descriptions shown on the website are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual.
In the exceptional event that a product becomes unavailable after the order has been confirmed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between a refund, an equivalent replacement product, or a postponed delivery.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, VAT included.
Delivery charges are indicated during checkout.
In the event of an obvious pricing or data entry error, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order after informing the customer.
4. Orders
The customer places an order by adding the desired products to the cart and completing the billing and delivery information.
The order is considered final once payment has been successfully confirmed.
A confirmation email containing the order details will be sent to the customer.
The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of manifestly incorrect data, suspected fraud, or previous payment issues.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately at the time of ordering.
Payment may be made by bank card, bank transfer, or any other payment method offered on the website.
Transactions are secured using SSL protocol or any equivalent secure payment system.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available in Belgium only.

Secure parcels and quantity per shipment
Bottles are shipped in boxes specially designed to ensure safe transport. Each box can contain between 1 and 12 bottles.
You may order up to 12 bottles per shipment. For larger quantities, several separate orders may be required.
Order tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking link. This link may also be available in the customer account area on the website.
Incorrect address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details provided. In the event of an incorrect address, the seller cannot be held liable for any delay or failed delivery. Additional charges may apply in the event of re-shipment or parcel return.
Damaged parcel
If a parcel arrives damaged, the customer is invited either to refuse the parcel or to report the visible damage immediately, then contact the seller within 24 hours of receipt with supporting photographs.
7. Sale of alcohol
The website sells alcoholic beverages. In order to ensure safe sales, guini.be applies an internal 18+ sales policy.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of reasonable doubt regarding the buyer’s age or compliance with the applicable regulations.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the rules applicable to distance contracts, consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
To exercise this right, the customer must send an unambiguous written statement by email or post.
Products must be returned unopened, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or non-conforming.
Reimbursement will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or sufficient proof that they have been sent back.
9. Complaints and conformity
The customer must check the conformity of the order upon receipt.
Any complaint relating to an error, missing product, damage or non-conformity should be reported without delay, together with any useful evidence (photos, order number, description of the issue).
10. Legal guarantee
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for a period of 2 years from delivery of consumer goods.
This guarantee covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery. It does not apply in cases of misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to comply with normal storage conditions.

11. Liability
The seller shall not be liable for indirect damage such as loss of profit, loss of data, or increased costs.
In all cases, the seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
12. Intellectual property
All elements present on the website (texts, images, logo, design, etc.) are protected by copyright and, where applicable, other intellectual property rights.
Any reproduction, representation or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
13. Force majeure
The seller cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure preventing the proper performance of its obligations, including strikes, technical failures, transport disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, administrative decisions, or any other event beyond its control.
14. Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact the seller first in order to seek an amicable solution.
Consumers may also obtain information about European out-of-court dispute resolution channels through the relevant consumer information services.
15. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those determined by the applicable mandatory consumer rules and, failing that, the courts of the competent judicial district.
