1. General Information
The website guini.be is operated by WITH US, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0452.959.910..
These general terms and conditions govern all sales concluded on the guini.be website. By placing an order, the customer unreservedly accepts these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Products and Availability
Products are available for delivery within Belgium only and are offered subject to stock availability.
The seller reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Photos, illustrations, or descriptions on the site are non-contractual and may change without notice. In case of exceptional unavailability after order confirmation, the customer will be informed promptly and may choose between a refund, an equivalent alternative, or a delayed delivery.
3. Prices
Prices are listed in euros, VAT included. Delivery fees are specified at the time of order and depend on the total order amount.
4. Order
The customer places an order by adding desired products to the cart and completing billing and shipping information. The order is confirmed once payment is made.
A confirmation email detailing the order will be sent to the customer.
The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of incorrect data or previous payment issues.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering and can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method offered on the site.
All transactions are secured via SSL protocol.
6. Delivery
- Delivery available in Belgium only
- Free delivery from €120
- Delivery fee of €9.00 for orders below €120
- Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 business days

- Insurance included against breakage or loss
📦 Secure Packages and Shipment Limits
Bottles are shipped in specially designed cartons to ensure their safety during transport. Each box can contain between 1 and 12 bottles.
You may order up to 12 bottles per shipment. For larger orders, please place multiple separate orders. For specific requests, contact us at info@guini.be.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This link is also available in your customer account. The customer is responsible for tracking and managing any absence or delivery date change directly with the carrier.
🚨 Damaged Parcel?
If your parcel arrives damaged, you have two options:
- Refuse the parcel: it will be returned to the sender.
- Accept the parcel, but immediately report any visible damage.
In any case, please contact us within 24 hours via our contact form and include:
- A photo of the parcel with the visible label
- A photo of the opened parcel showing the contents
- A photo of the damaged item
📬 Incorrect Address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of delivery details. In case of an incorrect address, the seller cannot be held liable for delays or failed delivery. We will, however, do our best to help resolve the situation.
Additional charges may apply for redelivery or returns.

Risk is transferred upon handover of the parcel to the carrier.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt.
To exercise this right, simply send a written notice (email or post) expressing your intention to withdraw.
Products must be returned unopened, in perfect condition and in original packaging. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the return or proof of shipment.
8. Complaints and Compliance
The customer must check the conformity of the order upon receipt. Any complaint must be reported within 14 days after delivery.
In case of a defective or damaged product, the customer is entitled to a replacement or refund.
9. Legal Guarantee
The customer benefits from the legal warranty against hidden defects and the 2-year legal conformity warranty for consumers, in accordance with the Belgian Economic Law Code.
This warranty covers defects present at the time of delivery. It does not apply in case of misuse, normal wear, or non-compliance with storage instructions (exposure to heat, opened products, etc.).
To invoke this warranty, the customer must notify us in writing at info@guini.be within a reasonable period after discovering the defect.
10. Liability
The seller shall not be held liable for indirect damage such as loss of profit, data, or additional costs. Liability is in any case limited to the amount of the concerned order.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (text, images, logo, etc.) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.
12. Personal Data
Data is collected for order processing and customer relationship management. It is only shared with third parties within the scope of logistics or administrative tasks.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, correct, or delete their data by contacting us at info@guini.be.
13. Force Majeure
The seller shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure that prevents proper execution of the contract (strike, pandemic, natural disaster, etc.).
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, only the courts of the judicial district of Brussels have jurisdiction.
