DRY RED WINE – TRINITY CROSSROADS RESERVE 2019
Crafted from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (75%) and Areni Noir (25%) grown in the volcanic soils of Aghavnadzor (Vayots Dzor, Armenia), this wine is a reflection of both tradition and precision. Grapes are harvested at full ripeness — Cabernet in September and Areni in late October — and fermented in stainless steel before undergoing extended maceration and 24 months of oak ageing.
The result is a deep ruby wine with a refined bouquet of ripe red berries, green bell pepper, caramel and vanilla. On the palate, it is structured and vibrant, with ripe tannins, refreshing acidity, and a long finish. Grown at 1300 m elevation under a continental climate, it pairs beautifully with red meats, hard cheeses, and spicy dishes. Best enjoyed after decanting, it can be cellared for up to 10 years.
