DRY WHITE WINE – TRINITY 6100 KHATUN KHARJI 2022
Made from 100% Khatun Kharji — one of the oldest indigenous grape varieties of Vayots Dzor — this wine is grown on volcanic soils at 1300 m altitude in Aghavnadzor. Harvested in September at optimal ripeness and acidity, the grapes are destemmed, gently pressed, and the wine is aged on the lees for one month. Known for its resistance to extreme climate and disease, Khatun Kharji delivers freshness and structure.

The wine presents a pale golden color with green reflections, and a vibrant aromatic profile of citrus, fresh-cut grass, pear and a hint of tropical fruit. It is refreshing yet structured, with a clean finish. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish and shellfish.
