DRY RED WINE – TRINITY 6100 ARENI NOIR 2022
This wine is crafted from 100% Areni Noir, grown on volcanic soils at 1300 m elevation in Aghavnadzor (Vayots Dzor, Armenia). Harvested in late October at full ripeness, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, then fermented in stainless steel tanks with an extended maceration. It is aged for 6 months in Caucasian oak barrels to add complexity and finesse.

With its deep ruby color, this wine reveals an elegant bouquet of ripe red fruits, enriched by subtle notes of caramel and vanilla. On the palate, it shows soft ripe tannins, lively acidity and a long finish. It pairs beautifully with red meats — especially lamb — as well as soft cheeses and spicy pastas. It can be cellared for up to 10 years.
