TRINITY Eh Areni Noir Red Wine

DRY RED WINE – TRINITY EH ARENI NOIR 2021
Made from 100% Areni Noir grown in volcanic soils at 1300 m altitude in Aghavnadzor (Vayots Dzor, Armenia), this wine showcases the full character of Armenia’s most noble grape. Harvested at full ripeness in late October, a 15% bleeding of the juice concentrates the must before fermentation in stainless steel and extended maceration. The wine is then aged for 18 months in Caucasian oak barrels.

It displays a deep ruby color and an elegant bouquet of ripe black fruits, complemented by notes of chocolate, caramel, and vanilla from the oak. On the palate, it is structured with subtle yet powerful tannins, bright acidity and a long, balanced finish. Cultivated under a continental climate, it pairs beautifully with red meats, spicy dishes, and hard cheeses. Can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 10 years. Decant at least one hour before serving.
